There are the good bones of a game, here, at least in the story, but the grind is just too extreme, making it far too quick to go insane from hunger, before you can even unlock eating anything other than small animals.
The game is too grindy. You'll starve to death before you can buy the blood vials if you work as anything but prostitute. Journalist and bartender should pay more, otherwise you're forced to stealing from the hospital or taking the prostitute route.
Hello, to start the prostitution route you have to raise her lust level to at least lvl 1. You can do that by masturbating a few times. There isn't an ending yet but there's plenty of scenes there.

Will there also be a path where You can be more sexually strong/aggressive/dominant? Maybe even Dracula-like hypnosis skills to hunt humans for blood or sex? These games tend to let you play perfectly submissive sexdolls, time to stand out and turn the tables (see Succubus Stories AS a rare example of making them all your playthings).
As an aside: Linux/Mac users can just download the .exe version and run it with wine, works flawlessly.

What is the punishment for being hungry? I've at 100% hunger before and have done a full day with seemingly no repercussions. Does it act like a modifier that affects the success and outcome of actions and event, does it just result in a game over if left alone for too long, or something else?
When you get hungry (100%) your insanity bar starts to rise after each day that passes. If you insanity reaches 100% you'll get different game over scenes in the future. Ex: She goes outside on a rampage and kills the first person she finds. But, for now it's just a simple game over screen saying you have to start over. No extra scenes.

This game has a LOT of potential. It is unfortunately marred by 70?% of the game mechanics being unimplemented.
I really look forward to seeing how this project turns out once it has some more meat on its bones.
